You may pay by credit card, bank transfer or cheque by selecting the option at the bottom of this form.

Please provide as much information as you can to help us keep track of your order. Credit card orders take a day or so while electronic transfers typically take 3-5 working days for the bank to process. Cheques take few days by post.
